The prices are per person, and include VAT.
The menus will only be available at the beginning of each dinner.
Each dinner is a 6 course tasting menu, including wines.
It’s not possible for the organization to serve any alternative dish due to any kind of food allergy or restriction.
In case of cancelation or date change of any chef the organization will pay back the amount paid for the meal, however the customer must request this by presenting the invoice, within 48 hours after the announcement at the webpage www.efth.com.pt. Besides that, there is no compensation to any customer.
After buying/paying the dinner, it’s not possible to return it in any circumstance not related with the organization.
It’s not possible to change the date of any purchased dinner.
Bookings are only available after 00.00am (Azores time) May 14th.
Bookings are only accepted online at www.efth.com.pt.
In case the online system is not available, EFTH will indicate at its website the alternative procedure or the alternative date for reservations.
Bookings will be confirmed on a first came first served basis.
Reservations will be accepted for no more than 48 hours. After this period of time, the reservation is canceled.
Prices with discount are only available for payments until May 24th. EFTH has the right to limit the total number of seats available for reservations on this date.
Payments must be made as indicated on the reservation confirmation.
To benefit of the discount price each customer has to register as an Anfiteatro Customer.
Purchasing dinners for the promotional price does not allow the customer to request miles for SATA Imagine program.
The organization will place the tables at the restaurant according to the space and number of reservations.
Maximum number of seats per dinner will be defined by the organization.
Maximum number of seats available for promotional prices to be defined by the organization.
Each dinner is planned to start at 8pm, so we kindly request every guest to arrive 15 minutes earlier. Due to logistic reasons, in case of any delay by the guest, it will not be possible to serve the complete meal, if the dinner has already started.
As 10 Fest Azores 2015 is an important event for promoting the Azores, each customer that purchases any dinner authorizes Associação Açoriana de Formação Turística e Hoteleira (AAFTH) and Associação de Turismo dos Açores (ATA) to film and take photos that can include them, and also authorizes the use of that films and photos, for free. The videos and photos will be used to promote the School, its events and Anfiteatro Restaurant/Lounge, and will also be used by the Azorean Promotion Agency (ATA). The videos and photos can also be used by other entities (partners of ATA), for free, only authorized by the AAFTH, and only in the case of the same promoting goals, in respect of this Terms and Conditions.
In any case the Portuguese version of this Terms and Conditions will prevail.
